Otis’s Story

Otis McGregor is an entrepreneur, inventor, author, speaker, and retired Green Beret Lieutenant Colonel who served for 25 years in the U.S. Army. Drawing on decades of experience leading in high-pressure environments, he helps organisations build strong leaders, effective teams, and cultures capable of performing through challenge and uncertainty.

Throughout his career, Otis has served as a Business Development Director and Chief Strategy Officer, managing multimillion-dollar programmes across construction, training, and information technology. Today, he supports businesses by developing leaders and providing fractional Chief Operating Officers who can strengthen operations, solve problems, and move organisations forward.

Otis founded Tribe + Purpose to pursue his mission of creating a legacy of leaders. His work is grounded in the belief that leadership is built through discipline, clarity, service, and intentional action.

He is also a podcast host and lives in Colorado with his wife. Together, they have three grown children.
